Hi, and welcome to our blog.
We are Greg and Mihaela. God introduced us while we were living on opposite sides of the globe. In the first week of talking to each other, we immediately new that God had placed us together for a purpose - reaching more precious orphans through equipping churches and individuals. What Has Your Last Hour Been Like?
What has your life been like in the past hour? Consider these startling facts and think about the children who are afflicted during the last hour of your life: In the past hour...
- 1,625 children were forced to live on the streets because of the death or abuse of an adult
- 1,667 children under 5 yrs old died from malnutrition or preventable disease
- 115 children became prostitutes
- 66 children under 15 yrs old were infected with HIV
- 257 children were orphaned because of HIV/Aids
We invite you to join us in this amazing adventure. "Pure and undefiled religion before the father is this: Take care of widows and orphans in their affliction and keep oneself unspotted from the world" (James 1:27). Will you join us as together we reach these precious children with the love that God so desperately wants to give them? He needs you to help. By donating, you will be our partner as we speak to churches and mobilize then to support or start an orphanage, and ultimately some of those Christians will be inspired and led by God to adopt. One elder who is a friend of mine has 7 adopted orphans. Amen. That, is pure religion!
You can partner with us by inviting us to visit your church and doing an Orphan Sunday. Or you can donate one time or on a monthly basis.
For living and travel expenses, we need $6,000 per month US. That is 60 people willing to donate $100 per month on a recurring basis, or 120 willing to do just $50.
